Observe, report, and predictLanguage Arts
- Review the digraphs th, sh, and ch.
- introduce and discuss the digraph wh.
- wh makes the same sound as w but we need to learn it for when we are reading
- make a wh poster
- write (or draw) all the wh words you can think of
- because it sounds just like w you will have to ask a grown-up for help
- here are some examples: why, what, when, whale, wheel...
- take a picture of your poster and send to Mr. Neufeld

- hold them for 10 seconds
- if you fall over say "I'm awesome."
- Remember to breathe

- Introduce the cylinder
- discuss what a cylinder looks like
- can you find a cylinder in your house?

- Introduce a cone
- what is the difference between a cone and a cylinder?
- can you find a cone in your house?
- take a picture and send to Mr. Neufeld
- can you think of where you see cones outside?
- Complete the math sheet in the package about cylinders and cones.
